​DOAJ is an independent online directory that provides access to high quality, open access and peer-reviewed journals. It contains 17,500 indexed materials covering the areas of science, technology, medicine, social sciences, arts and humanities. It accepts all journals from all countries and in all languages and are all freely available to the public. With the mission to increase the accessibility to many different open access across the world, DOAJ is financially supported by many libraries, publishers and the likes, making it being 100% committed for maintaining its primary services and metadata as free of charge for everyone to use or reuse.

Elsevier is a digital repository that provides access to different databases that mainly focuses on scientific, technical and medical content. It contains full-text articles and research and also provides access to its relevant resources. With the goal of expanding beyond boundaries, Elsevier is accumulating millions of different documents each year thus, it offers a vast variety of open-access collections in health, life sciences, physical sciences and engineering, social sciences and humanities. It also encourages users to publish and promote their own paper.

ERIC is an online digital database of research and information. Its mission is to provide easy-to-use, searchable Internet-based bibliographic and full-text databases of education research and information for educators, researchers, and the general public that is essential for improving teaching and learning. It holds 1.5 million bibliographic records of journal articles and other education-related materials and covers a wide range of topics.

The Global Health and Human Rights Database, brought about by the joint venture of Lawyers Collective, the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law at Georgetown University, and over 100 global partners (NGOs, academic, and private research outfits), is a free online database of worldwide laws associated to health and human rights. This database presents case laws of three different sections, namely, judgments; international and regional instruments; and national constitutions. Scholars and researchers would be able to explore this interactive, searchable, fully indexed website through quick searches, filtering cases, and advanced searches. 

Oxford Academic Journals provides its users with a wide range of materials. Oxford Academic Journals is supported by Oxford University Press (OUP), which publishes high-quality journals and disseminates knowledge to a broad audience. OUP accomplishes this by collaborating closely with society partners, authors, and subscribers to deliver publishing services that complement their research needs. The Philippine E-Journals is a growing collection of academic journals made available globally via a single Web-based platform. Philippine E-Journals is an online bibliographic library and archive of academic journals from the Philippines' many colleges, universities, and professional organizations. It provides a diverse range of scholarly journals from many academic areas. It is hosted by C&E Publishing, Inc., the Philippines' leading educational publisher and distributor of integrated information-based solutions.

ProQuest is an influential collaborator for content owners of all categories, maintaining and providing access to their rich and diverse resources. These collaborations have resulted in a growing content collection that presently includes 90,000 reputable sources, 6 billion digital pages, and spans six centuries. It contains a vast collection of academic papers, dissertations and theses. Moreover, there are 20 million pages and three generations of global, national, regional, and specialty newspapers. More than 450,000 ebooks, and abundant consolidated collections of the world's most significant scholarly journals and periodicals are available to explore and use. ProQuest also contains unique vaults of digitized historical collections from great libraries and museums, as well as organizations as diverse as the Royal Archives, the Associated Press and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People.
