The World Bank Open Knowledge Repository (OKR) is the official open access repository for the World Bank's research outputs and knowledge products. The OKR is continually updated with new content as well as archived reports and research. The OKR is built on DSpace, an open source platform that powers over 2,000 open repositories and is accessible with other repositories. The OKR is intended for usage in places with limited bandwidth or with mobile devices. The size of PDF files has been lowered to reduce download time, and the site automatically adapts to the user's mobile device for easier navigation and access to material. The OKR also displays the most popular file downloads and abstract views sorted by author, country, and title. Users can set usage for the entire repository, a single series or collection, a geographic region, the current month, the previous month, or all time.

The flagship publication for the social sciences of the University of the Philippines Diliman is Social Science Diliman: A Philippine Journal of Society and Change (SSD). School Librarians Advancing STEM Learning is an initiative that involves training school librarians and STEM educators to collaborate on the development of literacy-focused, STEM curriculum for grades K-12. Their purpose is to assist professional learning clusters in elevating and expanding the role of school librarians as leaders in the development of cultures of inquiry, STEM learning, and literacy. Through this project, they were able to strengthen relationships between school librarians and their colleagues in terms of curriculum, other resource, and technology needs, as well as building a culture of student inquiry and engagement, particularly in the STEM fields of study (science, technology, engineering, and math) (and, STEAM, when including the arts). The project also provides methods and tools for faculty, advisors, and other users to incorporate open education practice, as well as the development and enhancement of open educational resources (OER), into their course development operations.
