The papers and journals of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine are published by the National Academies Press (NAP). The NAP publishes over 200 books per year on a variety of topics in science, engineering, and medicine, offering credible, independently-researched information on important scientific and health policy.  The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine are private, non profit organizations that provide expert advice on some of the nation's and world's most pressing issues.

The Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (NDLTD), which began in 1987 and was launched in 1996, is a collaborative initiative involving more than 120 universities from across the world. This international organization is dedicated to the creation, distribution, and preservation of electronic theses and dissertations from academic institutions throughout the world.  It strives to improve the abilities of all graduate students creating theses or dissertations, so they can generate an electronic thesis or dissertation (ETD) and efficiently use digital libraries. It is rapidly increasing as a consequence of local, state, regional, national, and worldwide activities. Moreover, over a million electronic theses and dissertations are available through the NDLTD Union Catalog.

The New York Public Library was established on the principles of universal access to knowledge and opportunity. More than 16 million people visit the library each year, with millions more accessing it online. It houses more than 56 million items, ranging from books, e-books, and DVDs to renowned research collections used by scholars from all over the world. The New York Public Library provides strong online tools to assist patrons to discover its diverse materials and services from anywhere in the world. NOBA is a free online platform that offers high-quality textbooks and educational materials in a flexible format. The Creative Commons CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 International License applies to these textbooks and resources. The content can be reused, redistributed, and remixed by users to fit their requirements. NOBA was founded to relieve students' financial burdens by providing free educational content and a platform for instructors to personalize educational content to better suit their curriculum. Furthermore, NOBA was founded to provide free, high-quality material prepared by a group of psychology professionals and authority.
